The University of Dayton women’s basketball team is gearing up for the 2024-25 season with a significant infusion of talent and experience. Under the guidance of head coach Tamika Williams-Jeter, the Flyers have strategically bolstered their roster with five seasoned transfers, complementing the three freshmen already signed up and the core group of seven returning players.

Shantavia Dawkins – The Canadian Guard
Joining from Iowa State, Dawkins brings a wealth of experience, including international play with Team Canada. Her accolades speak volumes, with honors in both athletics and academics.
Rikki Harris – Steady and Skilled
An Ohio State alum, Harris has an impressive 117-game pedigree and numerous Big Ten honors. Her experience and leadership will be invaluable to the Flyers.
Jayda Johnson – A Scoring Sensation
